Is trying to write on your Palm PDA with the stylus driving you crazy? Trying to learn the Palm script notation of the Graffiti program takes too long and to type a document of any decent length is next to impossible? If you can relate, then perhaps you should consider a Palm keyboard. They are extremely portable and many of the Palm Keyboards will fold up to about the same size as your Palm PDA. There are several types of Palm keyboards available, but here are some features to keep an eye out for when purchasing one. Do you want a wireless keyboard? Today you can purchase a keyboard that uses wireless infrared to communicate to your PDA. Does the keyboard fold up? If so, you might want to make sure that it can be locked in place, so that when typing on your lap it doesn't fold up. Lastly you might want to check to see if the keyboard comes with a number key row. Often the number row is removed to keep the keyboard compact. You can use other combinations of keys to get numbers, but if single press numbers are important to you, then make sure it has these keys. It is pretty much down to personal preference when deciding on which Palm keyboard you want. Hopefully the above text will help you decided which features are important.
