The HandSpring Treo 90 runs on the world's most popular PDA operating system, the Palm OS. The Palm OS is noted to be fast, simple and stable. The Treo 90 comes with 16 MB of RAM and a vivid backlit 12-bit color screen that allows over 4,000 colors. One major attraction of the Treo 90 is that is comes with a flip top lid that reveals a QWERTY keyboard. You are able to type on the keyboard using your thumbs, so hopefully your thumbs aren't too big. This is a handy feature for those that haven't got used to the stylus type of letter input. One thing to keep an eye on is that the keyboard is not backlit, so typing in the dark or low light areas might be difficult. The Treo 90 is light enough (4 oz) that you won't be weighted down when it's in your pocket and its dimensions are 2.8x4.2x0.7 inches. Below is a list of specifications for the Treo: - Processor: 33 MHz Motorola Dragonball VZ processor
