The Palm m505 is powered by a 33 MHz Motorola Dragonball VZ processor and comes with 8 MB flash upgradeable standard memory. If 8 MB is not going to be enough for you, the Palm m505 comes equipped with an expansions slot that is compatible with SecureDigital (SD) cards and MulitMediaCards (MMC). The Palm m505 comes preloaded with Memo pad, Address book, Scheduler and E-mail and it also has built in handwriting recognition capabilities. The display size is 160x160 pixels and has advanced color LCD screen technology for low light and bright light viewing as well as wide viewing angle.
